2pcs High Performance Aluminum IGBT Heatsink Finished

     2 weeks ago, we received an order demand for the high power IGBT heatsink,total quantity is 2pcs. Thecustomized heatsink contains an aluminum heatsink with high density fins, 18pcs copper heat pipe were buried in the base for performance improved. We finished the  2pcs sample today ,and will arrange the shipment to customer by tomorrow.

   The IGBT components are becoming more intergated and powerful, it will generate a huge amount of heat when it's working, if the heat is not dissipated appropriately, the overheat circumstance would burn the device and ruin the module, so the requirements of the heat dissipation ability from a heat sink is a significant subject for IGBT project.
