     Today, Sinda Thermal finished the total 20pcs sample order for the zipper fin soldering heatsink. This heatsink is used for graphics card heat dissipation, it contains 2pcs aluminum stamping zipper fin stack, aluminum base,3pcs copper heatpipe and a copper plate at the heat source contace area. Samples were 100 percent pass the thermal test before final packing , we will arrange the shipment to customer by tomorrow.

     Usually, reflow soldering technology will be used to directly weld the heat pipe and fins, which will make the heat pipe and fins fit more closely and improve the heat conduction efficiency.
