    Today , Sinda Thermal received an order of 100 pcs demand for the 4 pass liquid cooling plate. We customized this cold plate with copper tube to Italy customer  2 months ago. And customer finished all the function test oa thier site, the first 100pcs production demand is released to us for raw material preparation.

     This LCP feature a high performance assembly utilizing a copper or stainless steel tubing press fit into an extruded aluminum plate. These cost effective liquid cold plates are designed specifically for low to medium power density applications.
